Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Summit organizers of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full registration fee less an administration charge of $100) will be made, providing notification is received by 30th July 2015. After that date no refunds will be made.

As soon as we confirm your application, we shall issue a letter of invitation to enable you to solicit a visa. To apply for a Brazilian visa, you must complete the Electronic Form to generate a visa code, photo page sheet and number. Also, a Manual Form must be completed and submitted together with the Electronic Form.
